Once everything is ready, we will send the plans to a list of reputable builder along with a specification and a selections list.

A panel of builders will estimate the total cost of contruction and prepare a fee proposal for you. The quote will include everything that is needed for you to have a completed home. From concrete to roofing, from tiles to paint, from kitchen to wardrobe, everything is included. Builders will base their quote on the plans, documents and selections provided.

With us by your side, the builders will then have opportunity to present their quote and work through all the details.

Once the selected builders have presented their quotes, you get to choose who you wish to have builder your home.
